I said last year I wanted to give you, my readers, a freebie for sticking with me through this journey. Your wish is my command, if a little late!
I present you 29.
A lacy, summer shrug, fun, fast and easy.
The yarn for this project was The Mulberry Dyer Delice DK. It truly is DELICE-ious. A pure silk, soft, drapey, dyed in a shade that only they could achieve, the bright magenta pink is enough to make the sun shine any day of the year.
I personally would like to thank Deb for her chats, emails and yarn. I’ve used their yarns in a couple of projects (one, Campana, featured in Yarn Forward, the other was private until it was accepted for publication and when the time comes, it’ll be revealed!) and this one rivals their alpaca sock for the love in my heart.
The pattern is quite simple. All sizes use 2 skeins, but if you’ve extra (you lucky thing) you can make it longer!
