About

  • Finished Size:To Fit Sizes 30 (34, 38, 42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 62)” / 76.20 (84.40, 96.60, 106.70,116.90, 127, 137.20, 147.40, 157.50) cm at bust circumference, fastened. Sample shown measures 38” modeled  with 3 1⁄2” positive ease.
  • Yarn: Rowanspun 4ply (100% Pure Wool; 162 Yds / 148 M Per 25g Skein): MC Shade 728 (Gray), 6 (6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 8, 8) Skeins CC Shade 712 (Green), 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3) Skeins.

As the sample yarn is discontinued, you will need approx: 820 (870, 980, 1070, 1090, 1150, 1170, 1240, 1260) yds of MC and 280 (290, 324, 360, 370, 390, 390, 420, 420) yds of CC.

  • Needle: Size US 5 / 3.75mm circular – body and sleeves.
  • Gauge: 20 Sts and 28 rows = 4” / 10 cm in St st on us5 / 3.75mm needle.  Always use the needle size that will give you the required gauge
  • Notions:Markers, stitch holder, tapestry needle, 9 small transparent snap fasteners,sewing needle, matching shade sewing thread, scissors.
  • Full Colour PDF document spanning 4 pages (black & white printer compatible)
  • Difficulty Level 2/5 (beginner, adventurous knitter)

Q How much ease should I account for?

A Positive! My bust size is 34 1/2 and I went all the way up to 38″ to create that swing and drapey feel.
