PSA – the site may be wonky for the next 24h or so, Dannielle Cresp will be working behind the scenes with the new look of the site. Hang in there!!

As you know sometimes I’m bound by confidentiality. I would have loved to show you images of my latest work but I couldn’t and it’s killing me! However, sometimes I’m free to share, and I would love to show you a couple of shots from 2 new patterns I’m working on. Wanna see?

Of course you do.

This is approx 7″ of lace and stockinette worked in Lorna’s Laces Solemate yarn. It is a delicious yarn – not my first time designing with it, as Chambourcin was also worked in it!

This will be a very summery top, sleeveless, with details of lace and construction to keep every single part of the garment interesting!

If you attended TNNA in Phoenix, and visited the LL booths you may have seen my top there! I’m hoping to have this pattern out before March so you can all get started on your Spring/Summer knits very soon.

I’m also working for the first time with Anzula, a very cool company from California that stocks unique luxurious blends. I’m working with Mermaid, a blend of seacell and silk, in a heavy lace weight set.

This is the beginnings of a shawl. I created this new lace pattern from scratch and I hope you like it! I know you can’t see much of it… But you see, I want a big reveal.

And that reveal will be at Stitches West! My first time showing any design at a yarnie’s booth in a Stitches show. I’m quite excited as the crowd is different and I’d love to see any opinions, so if you’re off to Santa Ana, look the Anzula booth up!!
