Branching out

Today I did 15 min of yoga. Right after getting up, before the day starts. I'd like to start my weekends like this.

I've been saying for aeons that I want to do more yoga. The level of the classes around my area is not quite the level I'm used to (probably has to do with the 20year age gap between me and the rest of the students?) so I did it by myself today. I'll be exploring new moves, routines, improvements….

Because this year is about mindfulness.

Are you doing anything, small as it may be, to improve your physical and mental condition?

    Yep… I’ve taken up running, or in my case, stumbling, around the field in our area. Great fun! ;) but I want to get back to yoga tis year too… I think him sessions are my next option too.

    You and I must be on same wavelength because I’ve just done my first yoga session since Rowan was born. I love yoga and need to get back into it.

    I’d love to know if you watch videos, or use books for it?  I’d love to do something like that but all the videos are have are sometimes too intense for what I’m looking for.

      I’ve used the Sadie Nardini videos in the past – but also used to go 3 times a week to my gym classes when I lived in London and some things you never forget!
