Advertisements run on all post and pages throughout the site, minus the homepage. All ads occupy the prime area from maximum visibility (left sidebar), well above and away from bloggy-gook: categories, archives, calendar, tweets and clutter.
There are a maximum of 6 advertising spots per month, and the only accepted format is 125x125px .jpeg or .png file. This is a very common format throughout blogs that allows for seamless integration without disturbing the reader’s flow.
The only rules that apply to advertising are as follows:
- No nudity/racist/religious/politic sites.
- No animated adverts.
- Only 1 graphic per month per advertiser.
- Non-compete agreement – I’m a knitting and crochet designer and will only take in advertising that does not compete with my market.
