I’ll be kicking off on JANUARY 1st with the first post, but the success of these series is going to be created by you.
How will it work? First of all, you send an email to blog at rockandpurl dot com to say I WANT IN!
I will then send you a link to a spreadsheet where you can pick your month and week, and your topic.
Once that’s done, I will need you to write your entry and send it by email to me before the Friday on the week you’re due to be posted, along with a small bio and a headshot (or blog image if you’re shy). I will post your entry on the rock+purl blog on the Sunday you chose.
I will advertise your entry to within an inch of its life, and you should feel free to pimp the entry on your own blog with a link to your post, as well as highlighting the post of the blogger before you, after all, this way we all get promoted :) (Small print – I would like to ask that, if you wish to reprint your entry on your own blog, you do it at least 5 days after the entry has gone live on rock+purl, so every blogger gets the same first punch of promotion, regardless of their already established fame)
The biggest thing? At the beginning of January 2013 I will put
all entries and details of EACH blogger together in an ebook for download.
